This service allows you to file your candidacy as a member of a qualified political party, as a minor political party*, as a candidate independent party affiliation*, or as a candidate for a non-partisan office; and view a current list of individuals who have filed for office with the Secretary of State.

*Please Note: Independent Candidates and Minor Party Candidates must file verified petition signatures . An on-line filing for any candidate required to submit petition signatures before the candidate filing deadline will appear in the status of "Pending", until such time as the required number of verified signatures submitted to the county election officials are filed with the Secretary of State.
